unable to reach the borough for citizenship ceremony appt

Hi there
I need some advice on this. I have my citizenship approved dated 28March, it stated I must book an appointment with 21 days of the date. I have been trying to ring the borough in Hammersmith and emailing them as well but noone ever gets back to me.

I am wondering what I can do and what will be the consequences if I fail to book an appt within 20 days? This is driving me crazy since I do not have time to sit in the office whole day just to book an appointment for the citizenship.

Have you tried going there in person to find out?

Is this the number you are calling : for citizenship ceremonies tel: 020 8753 5597/5846, citizenshipceremonies@lbhf.gov.uk

You have 90 days to attend ceremony but it should be booked within the 21 days.

Walk there or take a train etc there. Go for Registrar's office and ask for ceremony there, as CR001 suggested. I would not leave it on phones only.
