MN1 registration - different signatures

Post by tier1_again » Sun Jan 24, 2016 7:39 pm

Hi,

I am submitting my son's application for registration as British Citizen ( he was born IN UK, however we - his parents did not have ILR at that point of time, we have just been granted ILR).
He is less than 16 years old.

Couple of queries -

Section 6.21 - Is the signature of the parent who will be the accompanying adult needed here or both the parents or the parent filling up the application form?

Section 7.4 - I guess is not needed if 7.1 & 7.2 filled

Section 8 - Again is it both parent's signature or just the parent who is filling up the application form? Can this be different from 6.21?

Regards

Section 6.21 - Is the signature of the parent who will be the accompanying adult needed here or both the parents or the parent filling up the application form? Parent accompanying minor to biometrics. The form is quite clear on this.

Section 7.4 - I guess is not needed if 7.1 & 7.2 filled Correct

Section 8 - Again is it both parent's signature or just the parent who is filling up the application form? Can this be different from 6.21? It can but might be easier if it is the same as 6.21.
