In terms of the UK?? She doesn't have 'status' in the UK.My question is, what is the status of his daughter ?
No she is not British.Can she be British citizen while residing in Pakistan?
Yes, but will only get a visa if her mother is granted a visa.Or she has to apply for dependent visa to enter in uk?

But such a child will not be able to pass on its citizenship.
