Naturalisation

Post by Libran36 » Fri Mar 15, 2019 1:12 pm

I need some advice, i will be applying for naturalization this year. I have overstayed from July 1999- August 15th 2009 because of constant refusal of my applications. In 2009 they final gave me indefinite leave to remain, I know that there is a issue with overstaying within the "Good Charater" section, but i was wondering if discretion would be given under the "Grace Period". Or will i still be refused??

I also have a CCJ for £951 for a Ipod that filed in January of this year which i have started to make payments on with the company.

Also i am not working and recieving ESA will this prevent me from been approve?

Could you please give me your best Advice, thank you.

What 'grace period' are you referring to?

What applications were you submitting for 10 years?

How did you enter the UK, on what visa??
