MN1 form related question

Hi there,
I submitted Mn1 form online and gave bio- metic. But I have not received any conformation email that normally comes with case no in it. Should that be a things to worry or should not be any issue. Please I need advice.

You don't get an email confirmation after biometric enrolment.
