Urgent: Referee for applying for British Passport

Hello everyone

Can I use the same referee for me and my spouse for online identity check for British Passport? Referee is on the list of recognised professions, and is not related to either me or the wife.

Can someone please confirm urgently.

If it is in the HMPO list then yes.
