PR via EEA spouse now separated

I recently obtained PR after 5 years of marriage to an EEA citizen. Unfortunately our relationship has broken down and we will likely separate soon. I intend to apply for citizenship as soon as I am eligible, which is in 11 months or so.

1. Will our separation affect my application in any way?
2. Am I right in thinking that with my PR I am no longer dependant on any sponsor any more?
3. Can we both change all our addresses to our respective homes, without this being an issue for my application in a year's time?
