Hello, I really hope you'll put my mind to rest.
I've been granted Indefinite Leave in the UK -settled status in May 2019, under my maiden name. I got married in 2017 but did not change the details on my Romanian passport.
My question is once I'll get both my Romanian passport and indefinite leave document under my husband's name, do I have to wait another 12 months? I've passed 'my Life in UK' test recently and used my driving licence containing my husband's surname.
I'm always using my driving licence as proof of ID.

Changing your name on your official documents does NOT reset the 12 months clock before you can apply.
