Travel to Inida with British Naturalization Certificate

Hello,
We got our ILR recently and applying british Citizenship for our daughter as she was born here. Can she travel after receiving British Naturalization certificate (without applying fo rBritish Passport) to India with Indian Passport. After coming back can she apply for Passport.

Does she hold a valid UK visa??

Note also that she loses her Indian citizenship on the date she becomes British.

Note that children are REGISTERED. Only adults are naturalised.

Her Visa expires by end of this month.

If she doesn't have a valid visa or a British passport, then she won't be able to board a flight to return to the UK.

Also quick one. unknowingly I gave two of my friends (collegue and one neighbour) as referee. Will that be an issue. Or should I get sign from a professional as well (not mentioned in application) just to avoid if there is an issue
