Naturalisation AN online and registration for child

Post by Sabu_r » Sat Sep 12, 2020 6:23 pm

Hello,
I am applying for naturalisation as non eu national with ilr(settled status). My spouse eu national also have ilr(settled status). My question is we both haven't PR card so
should I say no to 1st two questions which are u eu national with PR card or a family member of eu national with PR card.
And then say yes to further in application came an option of ilr but it doesn't mention settled status.
2nd question is at the end never asked me to give my eu spouse documents as I need to show his treaty right bcz he is working through out 5 years not me.
3rd question is same time applying registration for my son who born 2015 in uk and we got ilr(settled status) 2019.
Question is should I use seperate MN1 online form or should I add him with my online application.as naturalisation online application allow to add others and if I add him appearing registeration a child under 18.
Thanks for all.

I am unclear about the questions unless you copy paste the exact but seems like you are right on track.
You can add the child in the same account as yours. No need for a separate MN1.

Thanks for clearing me abt registration of child and Sorry if my questions r unclear same as AN form is unclear.
My question
EU national with PR card answer is "NO"
Or family member of eu national with PR card.
(I am wife of eu national but my eu national husband have not PR card.) answer is "NO" again.
But the confusion is later in this online application there is ilr question but they never ask abt ilr(settled status).
Thanks

Dont worry about that. You will have to upload the proof of ILR so HO will know. Just answer as the question asks.

The questions are generic and the checklist generated is generic too. Not all questions apply in your case. All you need (documents) is your child’s UK birth certificate and one of the parent(s) ILR to register the child as BC via MN1.

Yes you can add your child in the same account. Adults are naturalised via AN form and children are registered as BC via MN1 form.

Once you add the child as a “Child below 18” in the same account, the online form for child will adapt accordingly.

Mention the ID card number. It is not a trick question. Pakistani ID card number is also mentioned on the passport anyways.

Yes you can use the same thread to ask any further questions you may have.

Hello again,
1-Name in which made previous Immigration application
Answer should be applicant "NAME"or the name the rout of application (eea permit etc....)
2-Date of previous Immigration applications.
What date need to add when recieved final decision or application submit date.
3-as rules and regulations says Eu national spouse need to show their treaty rights for dependent(non eu spouse) but they don't ask any documents in check list.
Question is 'should I add my husband's 5 year work history in option documents
If yes p45 for 1 year(employed)
SA302 for rest of years are enough (self employed)
Thanks

Passport(s) Bio page including the stamps pages covering the qualifying period
OR
It is recommended to scan full passport(s) covering the qualifying period.

Brp and Brc naturalisation

Post by Sabu_r » Fri Oct 09, 2020 11:51 pm

Hello,
I have submitted my application for naturalisation.
There was a question about if u have BRP : NO for that as I never had BRP.
I have BRC EUSS and also uploading with my documents.
Problem is I did my both LITUK and B1 English test with my BRC. But now I realise on my b1 English test written
I'd type:biometric residence permit
I'd NO:xxxx(my brc number)
Now I recheck I actually registered with brp for both tests. At the time of I'd check at tests centres they never mention anything that this is brc not brp.

They checked my name, I'd number, my foto etc...
At that time I didn't know the difference between BRC and BRP.
Hence the I'd number, my name every detail is according to my brc.

Could this a big problem?
Do I need to mention or not this in cover letter?
Should i wait if they asked me for that?
Could my application refuse for that?

Thank you

I was bit worried abt BRP and BRC si j asked.
Thanks for clear it

One thing more...
According to the new update on 30/09/2020, they can ask for lawfull residence and good character for 10 years back or from the date eu or non eu family member enter in UK.
My question is my eu national spouse came in 2013 and I came in 2014.
They will chase for my good character and lawfull time from my date of enter in UK or for my eu national spouse.
My eu national spouse is not applying at this time with me.
Thanks for all generous help.
