Child application

Dear Admin,
I asked this question before but as I asked other questions as well I am not clear to the answer that was given and would appreciate if you can clarify this.
My question is that
I am applying for mine and my son's citizenship. I got my ILR in Jan 2020 and my son got it a month later in Feb.
I will submit my application in Jan 2021. Can I include my son in my application or do I wait and apply for him in Feb after his 12 months after ILR are complete.
