I have obtained a master degree trough a university in London, does that make me exempt to avoid the 'life in UK test"?

since october 2001 my longest time of being outside the UK is a period of 215 days, for holidays.
that would make me doing the application on the 5-year qualifying period, i assume.

No, a master's degree does NOT exempt you from the LIUK test. You need to meet the English requirment (UK degree or B1 test) AND the LIUK test.

It depends when this absence was. For citizenship it is 450 days in the last 5 years and 90 days in the last 12 months immediately before applying.

It is also a mandatory requirement to have been physically present in the UK exactly 5 years ago when you apply.
