Date of eligibility for British Cittizenship

Hello Everyone

I would like to request your suggestion for eligibility date for British citizenship application.
Last year, I received my ILR on 20th July 2020 which was delayed due to covid situation. The date of my application for ILR was 22-05-2020.

I would like to check am I eligible to apply for citizenship on 23-05-2021 or Do I need to wait upto 20th of July.

It is the date you were GRANTED your ILR that is relevant and not your ilr application date.
