Last 10 years overstayer

Hi,

last year i applied for fee waiver which was decided after my original visa expire but applied within given time (within 10 days).

i don't think this would be consider overstay need expert opinion please.

fee waiver application 04/06/2020
Visa Expired on 15/06/2020
fee waiver application decision 07/07/2020
Applied visa application on 10/07/2020
