Citizenship application delay

Dear All,

My husband's application was submitted in August 15 2022 (biometrics 12 Sep 22). Haven't heard anything back. I sent two emails to furthernationalityenqueries and got stock responses. Today I emailed NationalitySupportTeamFMT@homeoffice.gov.uk. Do you feel they are different department and may give different response. Also is writing to the UKVI head office any good?

There is only one citizenship department. Applications can take up to 6 months from date of biometrics, in many cases it can take more than 6 months.
