Not received Citizenship certificate

Hi,

I received the approval (27/01/25) and booked the citizenship ceremony by the council on 5/03/25 however, I have not received the citizenship certificate. Will it be good to call the home office or should I wait for few more days.

You only get the certificate at the ceremony, when you officially become British.
