I don't know about this, but you can easily scan all documents yourself and upload them. Just keep in mind that in case you forget to upload anything the caseworkers will get in touch.

Hello everyone

I have booked for biometric appointment through tlc account , while I was browsing the site I get an email saying my appointment has been cancelled when I have never requested to change appointment. It doesn’t say anything on email that why it was cancelled and has been asked to make new one . This is so inconvenient now there is no regular appointments until two weeks. Has anyone experienced something like this ? Or shall I contact tlc about my booked appointment.

Try to contact TLC, this seems to be an issue at their end.

Hello everyone

Thanks for all advice so far , I am in process of uploading documents on tlc account for naturalisation , when I upload the files I can’t see any option where I can upload the file to view it . I can add and delete file but no upload option to be seen . On the tlc document guide information I can see there is option to upload to view document but I can’t see it on my page . I am not sure how to attach a picture here to show this . Please somebody can guide me

Thanks

The add file is the upload function. You can't view files after uploading them.

Re: English requirements

Post by yasmeen81 » Sun Jan 18, 2026 7:13 pm

Hi everyone

I have recently applied for British naturalisation application and submitted my degree that I graduated in year 2007 as a proof of English requirement .Since I have been Graduated for so long , would that affect my validity of degree . Would have been better to submit a letter of confirmation from university as well ? I’m just over thinking as I have just included the degree and nothing else , would that be an issue or affect my application. I would be grateful for your thoughts
