Sorry if this has been already answered. I did a quick search and did not find answers to my queries and hence positing a new topic

Me and my wife got our ILR April 2013 after 5 years on Tier 2 work permit. Below are my queries

1. I did not find the list of documents to be submitted during the naturalisation application
2. Me and my wife arrived in the UK together in 2008 but she went back to India ( Nov 2008)for delivery of my first child. She came back to the UK only in July 2009. I understand that the basic requirement to apply for the naturalisation is that the person should have been physically present 5 years on the date of application. Does that mean she will not be able to apply till July 2014?
3. She has a masters degree from India.. I see that that points calculator in UKBA site gives her 10 points for English. Does she have to get NARIC certificate?
4. Can my daughter apply for her naturalisation with me in April 2015?

If your wife is applying on 20 July 2014 she has had to be physically present in the UK on 20 July 2009.

I'm always caught out on that calculation, milan69. It's from the date HO receives the application - if they receive it on 20 July 2014, she would have needed to be in the UK on 21 July 2009.

Your daughter is eligible for registration now. So you can submit her MN1 with your application in April or submit her MN1 application at any time.

Your wife can submit her Masters degree certificate along with the PBS calculator print out stating the degree would receive 10 points for English language skills.
