Question: MN1 Application form was signed by Referees on 15 October 2015, now, are these signatures still valid to apply on 15 Feb 2016 or better get fresh signatures with recent date?
Thanks.

There wasn't such policy five years ago according to
this link and I didn't see any requirement recently either.
But to be on the safe side,
personally less than six month's old (in line with other "fresh" definitions) is better. Good luck.

See HO guidance on this obscure but vital matter:
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... 6_v5_0.pdf
6.3.7.2
If the application has been received in the Home Office more than 6 months after the date on which it was declared
by the referees there is a possibility that the applicant's circumstances have changed. The form should therefore be
returned to be re-declared by the referees to ensure that the information given is up to date

Fabulous good to know that Referee signatures has got 6 months validity, just last thing, on MN1 Form Declaration was signed by Husband 4 months ago, now,
Should we apply with Referees 4 months old signatures + Husband's 4 months old signature
Or should we apply with Referees 4 months old signatures + Husband's New current dated signature?
Im extemely sorry for being inquisitive.

Personally I think it
should not matter much, but if husband is available then fresher the better. Good luck.
