It wouldn't have mattered if you did; it makes no difference to his entitlement to British citizenship.
What is your nationality?

Careful here. This might not be true depending on a whole slew of possible circumstances.

OP's nationality is Indian. Child would assume the same Indian nationality as parents as child is not automatically British.

Most of your assumed answers make sense.
Child is Indian.
If a 1.3 application settled parent should sign.
Q1.3 & 1.36 & Section 3 - skip as N/A.
Ofcourse proud Mom can give consent too.
Google 'naturalisation fees on Gov UK' for payment form.
See MN1 Guidance for docs.
Suggest apply via NCS: keep hold of docs for those lastminute emergency travel plans; also provides valuable final sanity-check.

YES, she must sign. Her visa category has nothing to do with giving consent.
8.1 I (full name in block letters): WHOSE NAME SHOULD BE HERE? MY CHILD OR ME AS A FATHER?
Your name
8.5 I confirm that I have enclosed the appropriate documents --PLS LIST ONCE AGAIN THESE DOCS
Have you read the MN1 guidance notes??? Clearly states on page 29 in addition to proof of your ILR https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... r_2015.pdf
8.8 AND 8.9--DO I NEED TO TICK THESE BOXES??
No

A 3(1) discretionary case is not the same as a 1(3) entitlement case.

Hopefully, that's what the 'C' in '
NCS' implies?
