I m after naturalization, got british passport and polish natinality and passport
the same name on british passport, naturalization certificate, polish passport.
I m confused. can I change my name and surname using uk deed pool document and apply about new british passport with new details?
or I need to change details first in my polish passport and after on british one?
easier for me change british details first and after go to my country and change details in my polish documents.

You should change your name in your polish passport first... HM PO are being strict about not permitting people use more than one name...

After you have done that change, you can update your UK passport

Kindly refrain from posting external, third party links on the forum.

There are many companies that do deed poll. Whether your embassy will accept it is anyone's guess. Suggest contact them to find out.

But please tell me. The problem is I dont want lose 73£ for make another passport application and be refused.

If I change name after becoming a british citizen, and need to produce citizenship certificate for official purposes eg. Passport application, and I ve changed my name since it was issued I should present documentary evidence of my new name like deed poll aling with naturalization certificate
So how it is?
