Hi SAM143,

Even I have applied for Naturalisation and I am a Director of my Ltd company.

Documents I submitted supporting my application were:
Accountant letter
Employment history from HMRC (6yrs)
P60s (6yrs)

You can also include Self-assessments (SAs), Cmpy Incorporation Cert and VAT certificate.

On your second query, I don't think they are interested in your start and end dates of employment. Your tax history from HMRC should be sufficient but don't think they can go as back as 10yrs.

Also ensure all your taxes have been paid before the date of your application.

Regards

No, they are not on the list.

Also, can you please keep ALL your questions on the same application in ONE topic. It is not necessary to start a new thread with each question you have.

Hi SAM143.

I am not an expert but I can tell you what I did.
Good Character section 3 says:

" Drink driving offences must be declared. If you have any endorsements on your
driving licence
you must access the DVLA website to download and print a summary
of your record and send it with your application. A driving conviction may not be
disregarded despite any penalty points being removed from your driving licence
. "

I also have 3 points in my licence from 2016. In fact I had 3 points in 2011 and another 3 points in 2013.
Apart from 2016 one, all the points are gone from my driving licence.

As you did not go to court, there is no need to tick yes in any of this boxes.
Simply go to page 17 and declare it. Just state the offence, date, 3 points and fine value.
That's what I did.
People have different opinions and views of it. Its not very clear.

Is better to this than not declare it and get refused. The punishment of not been honest is much worse.

Good luck

So according to you did declare points which was issued in 2016 and which one you got in 2011 and 2013 are removed from your licence and you did not declare them.if i understad right. I speak with some solicitors and they told me we dont need to mention FPN if its only one in last monts.

Well, I did declare all of them. After searching everywhere I was not sure if I have to declare or not, so I did just in case. The lady on NCS said unless you have numeros or more than 1 on last 12 months, it would not be a problem.
In my opinion, they can find out anyway so I just declared all of them on page 17.
