DCPR for citizenship

Hello everyone!
I acquired my DCPR last year. Can I use it now to apply for citizenship or do I need to apply for settled status first? If yes, when is the latest that I can use my DCPR to apply for citizenship?
My non EEA husband has biometric permanent residence card. Does he need to apply for settled status as well before applying for citizenship? Also, his non EEA passport will expire in 5 months, can he still use it to apply for citizenship or does it need to be at least 6 months valid?
Lastly, can I apply first or do we need to apply together. He has not passed the LITUK test yet that’s why I am thinking of applying first. If ever I become british citizen, can he still apply for citizenship using PR which was acquired via EEA route?
Hope somebody can help me with all my queries. Thank you in advance!

Yes - passport doesn't need minimum validity can be used for application

Hello! I am filling out the online application form. One of the questions is Tax Office Reference number. It said it can be found on tax return or payslip. Is that the payroll number on the payslip?

It is the tax reference number of your employer that is found on your P60 or you can ask HR.

Hello!
Me and my husband will be applying for citizenship this month. What I did online was just added him as another applicant on the same log in link. Can I do that or is adding another applicant applicable for adding children only?
I am confused when I saw one of the replies here that it should be done separately. Can someone elaborate and explain this please.

If online allows more than one applicant then yes - if you use paper then a separate form is needed.

As you are doing it online, you can add another applicant and also add children.
I've done for the whole family in the same online application last month.

What is the reference number for a self employed person?
Is it the personal UTR or no ref?

Day 1 of application

Hello! I have another question and I hope someone could clarify this for me.
I am planning to submit my online application and payment next week. Will that be day of application or will it be the day they take my biometrics and have my documents verified?
The reason why I am asking this is because I was out of the country on March 25-31, 2014 which is 5 years ago. My problem is, if I submit my application next week and they ask me to have my biometrics taken the following week, I will be out of UK on day 1 of the qualifying period. I hope you get what I mean.

Date of application is the date you submit and pay online.

Hello again!
I have another question.
Do I need to declare a parking ticket issued 2 years ago? I paid the fine within 14 days after receiving the letter (to avail of the 50% discount).
However, I can’t find the letter anymore and I can’t remember the exact date it happened. Do I still need to disclose this even I paid the fine right away?

On top of the letter it says parking charge notice. So it is a PCN. I can’t see anything on the guidelines booklet about PCN. I only saw FPN. I think i don’t have to declare PCN but I want to be sure befoe submitting the application because it costs a lot of money I don’t want to wait another 10 years to be able to reapply.
Please someone enlighten me. Thank you!

I had a couple of PCN & I didn't get any trouble for not mentioning those.

As far as you pay all charges in time before you face any notice from the court you don't need to worry about PCN.
