getting British citizenship

Hi All , I need help with my naturalisation application , I have settled status last year in April 2019 as non eu spouse but we are now divorced when I started filling the application for naturalisation they are asking for CSI or qualified status of my EU national spouse I dont have any contact with her nor have the access to her documents , we were separated even when I applied for EU Settled Status , Please advise as to what is the best course of action , how do I address this .
