Naturalisation application

Hello
I came to UK as a student but I have got my British passport, my wife and my son who was born outside the UK joined me in 2015. My wife was given spouse visa and my son was given dependent visa. So my wife and my son just received their ILR 3 weeks ago. My wife want to apply for naturalisation. My question is can I apply for British registration for my son. He is 8 years old
