No, there is no 28 days early for citizenship. You need ilr for 12 full months before you can apply.

You don't need a lawyer.

Read the form AN guidance notes, it tells you what is required.

HI
received email from ho as apply for citizenship on 9n april and done bio on 22nd august just want to know is it standard email and anyone who apply for citizenship and receive same email.

We aim to process all applications within 6 months from the date submitted. However, in certain circumstances this target is not possible. Following our assessment of your case, unfortunately it appears your application will not be processed within the 6 month target.

This is because it is taking longer than usual to process applications because of coronavirus (COVID-19). This will not affect the decision.

We expect to make a decision on your application as soon as possible, but we will write to you again if this is not going to be possible.

Yours sincerely

No issues. Many including my wife did the same and was approved. Does not matter. This is not something that can lead to refusal.
