Naturalisation eligibility after 5 years route ILR

Apologies if its been asked already, but I would like to confirm my eligibility for naturalisation.
I first came to UK back in 2015 and my husband was on Tier1(G) visa at that time. He became a British in 2016 and I have now got my ILR through a 5 years route.
Can I apply for a naturalisation straight away or do I have to wait for 12 months after my ILR to apply for it?
Many thanks in advance.

Naturalisation Documents

Hi
I came to UK in 2014 and recently received my ILR. As my husband is now a British citizen, I am applying for Naturalisation. I am providing my current passport, BRP, english certificate, marriage certificate. What other documents are required as such?
Do I have to provide the bank statements?
Also, a bit confused what can be provided for the following 2 requirements.
* Evidence that you have been in the UK lawfully for your 3 or 5 year qualifying residence period. This should be evidence that you were here as a worker, student, self-employed, self-sufficient, retired or incapacitated person
* Proof of living in the UK for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3 years if applying as the spouse of a British Citizen
Do I have to provide the passport stamp pages? My old expired passport is lost. What could be an alternative?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Many Thanks

Did you pass Life in UK?
Does your current passport cover Oct 2017-2020? Do you have a copy of expired passport otherwise?

Passport(s) covering Oct 2017-2020 given you apply in Oct.
BRP
Life in UK
English Test
Marriage Certificate
Husband’s British Passport Copy
2 Referees
PS If your current passport does not cover the last 3 years and you do not even have a copy, you will have to add documents like P60s, employer letter or government department letters to prove your residence in UK for the last 3 years.
Also make sure you meet the residence requirements, physical presence in UK at the start of qualifying period and good character requirements.

Thanks. sounds like very similar to the documents provided for ILR.
I have a copy of previous passport covering 2017-18 but not all the stamps, but can provider employment history etc. as you suggested.
