You can apply straight away.Confused2k20 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 05, 2020 3:02 pmApologies if its been asked already, but I would like to confirm my eligibility for naturalisation.
I first came to UK back in 2015 and my husband was on Tier1(G) visa at that time. He became a British in 2016 and I have now got my ILR through a 5 years route.
Can I apply for a naturalisation straight away or do I have to wait for 12 months after my ILR to apply for it?
Many thanks in advance.
Thanks. sounds like very similar to the documents provided for ILR.CULLINAN wrote: ↑Wed Oct 14, 2020 1:00 pmPassport(s) covering Oct 2017-2020 given you apply in Oct.

Marriage Certificate
Husband’s British Passport Copy

PS If your current passport does not cover the last 3 years and you do not even have a copy, you will have to add documents like P60s, employer letter or government department letters to prove your residence in UK for the last 3 years.
Also make sure you meet the residence requirements, physical presence in UK at the start of qualifying period and good character requirements.
