Hello All,

I have to make correction on my wife’s Naturalisation certificate. I am completing form RR for this (version July 2018). Form is relatively simple to complete but just have two doubts. I hope if someone can help me. I couldn’t find any guidelines to fill this so I thought I reach out to the community.

1. 1.3 is asking for Surname/family name: Do I have to write just Surname/family name in the section as shown in the existing certificate? If yes then where do I put my wife’s full name?

2. 1.4 is asking for Other names: What should I write here? My wife’s previous name or my wife’s current name? My wife doesn’t have any other names.

I checked that thread which you shared. I couldn’t find relevant answers to my questions. I will contact Home Office and try my luck to seek help.

Surname is the surname

Other names is the Given Name or First Name

Input as on the passport.

I initially thought the same. But wanted to check if I am not making any mistakes in the form. Because on the top of the form it says complete the details as shown in the certificate.

I am about to fill out the Form RR and I am not sure on what to put in on the same questions ( 1.3 &1.4)
Secondly any idea on question 2.7 on the same Form RR
So can you plz advise me on them two questions.
