Im a bit confused

Hello there guys.
Maybe someone can be so kind and help me find answer for my question.
I start prepare my citizenship application and so far i'm confused with two points:
Convictions and other penalties - I never have any convictions or any problem with the law enforcements in U.K. But in the period of my 12 years of living in U.K i have few parking tickets and now im not sure if i should mention this or i don't. If i need to its for how long period of time ?
Next one is my parents details. My mother pass away in 2013 and im not sure where she was born. Its a bit confusing for me because she was born 1948 in small village which i suppose it was part of Ukraine but we have same small village close to my home city.My father pass away few years back from that what i know and my personal contact with him was very limited and last time i see him 17 years ago. What i should do and what i should fill up that points in my application ??

No need to mention parking tickets if none escalated to court and you paid on time.
Parents home town is not important. Just mention what you remember. Clarify in the “additional notes” at the end of the application.

Hello Cullinan
Thank you for answers. None from my tickets fines escalated to that point and everything was always paid on time. I think my last ticket was from 2018. My only contact with judicial system in this country was when they pick me up for jury duty which was later cancel because of Covid. Good to know I can clarify that small confusion regarding my parents in the end.

I know I need to provide my history for last 5 years but I should be ambitious and expand this and give them all information or just stick to that expected time frame ?
It’s better to give them more information or exactly that what they want ?

Stick to what they ask only. Provide documents to the point. Additional/unnecessary documents/info do more harm than good.

In that case I only provide information which they want/expect from me, no more ?

Few more question if i can:

P60 for last 5 years its enough or i need attach letters from my employers ?

Tax reference ? I cant find this anywhere on my payslips or P60 !

Working history for last 10 years ? That logically don't have any common sense for me. I only need P60 for last 5 years but working history for 10 years?

P60s are sufficient - only one type of document required.
Strange your P60s have no Employers' tax reference - it should be something like "xx/xxx".
Note your P60 are there to prove 5 years residency - not to prove your employment listing.

I try to call HMRC to ask Anity this but well I spend 45 min on hold and in the end I just surrender.

I send request to HMRC to send me my employing history for last 10 years ( I found specific form for this purpose ) and now I only can wait.
It’s look like I need to call there in Tuesday and sort this out. And sorry for grammar mistakes, my dictionary can be very temperamental sometimes.

Actually I have that code. In my example is: 846 / TA46282.
Someone told me I need UTR number too. Correct ?

The UTR is specific to you if you do self-assessment - the application asks for the employer PAYE reference so you now got it.

HMRC may not have 10 years worth of your employers on their system - I would suggest you complete your employment listing from what you know with estimated dates if needed.

I never was self employed in all that time when I live in UK. I understand UTR don’t apply to me ?

If you have an HMRC gateway account you might see this at the top of the page:
"Your Self Assessment Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) is 1234567890"

I haven't done self-assessment for years (PAYE or self-employed) - so this number is personal to you - all I know is in the UKVI application they ask for the employers PAYE reference, so UTR not relevant. In any case they have your NI number which is a key to lots of information.

An employer reference number is a unique combination of letters and numbers, also called an employer PAYE reference, PAYE reference number or just abbreviated to ERN. It is given to a business when it registers with HMRC as an employer, serving to identify the employer for employee income tax and national insurance purposes.

When it first employs someone, the business must register– typically online- as an employer with HMRC, who will issue a welcome pack that includes the employer reference number.

The employer reference number is in two parts. The first part is 3 digits, which identifies the HMRC office number that deals with the company’s PAYE (e.g. 135). The second part of the reference, which follows a forward slash, is the tax office’s reference for the employer itself. (e.g. AB56789).

A business registered as an employer before 2001 will have an employer reference number in the form 135/A56789. Those registered after that date will take the form 135/AB56789.
Don't confuse your employer reference number!
A business, particularly a limited company, is identified by a number of different references. The employer reference number issued by HMRC is entirely different to each of the following:

Company registration number – issued by Companies House when a company is formed. It consists of 8 characters, typically 8 numbers or a combination of 2 letters followed by 6 digits (e.g. 07650432) and is used to identify a company by Companies House

Unique taxpayer reference (UTR) – issued by HMRC, consisting of 10 digits (e.g. 9012345678); it’s used to identify a company for most tax-related purposes

VAT number– issued by HMRC for companies which register for Value Added Tax. It consists of 9 numbers, with “GB” sometimes added as a prefix (e.g. GB123456789)

While these are all references the company will need to quote from time to time, it’s mainly the employer reference number that’s needed when dealing with PAYE matters.

As @alterhase58 said, as long you mention your NI in the form, other things are minor. Just proceed with what you can provide and clarify in the notes that you don’t remember. As long you have not been working illegally, you are good. These things are minor and will not result in refusal anyways.

Thank you all for answers and response.
I never work illegally here and in whole the time when I live in U.K I was unemployed literally 4 days. That’s it.

Now i have another obstacle:

Are you able to provide a biometric residence permit (BRP) card with this application? ( In the time of my arrival to UK i was member of EU and i never was ask to apply for this sort of card and i was registered under Worker Registration Scheme ).
Do you have a BRP from a previous stay in the UK? ( Well obviously NO ?? )
Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad? ( How i should understand this ? It was never necessary in my case again because of EU regulations in this time ).

BRP card: not required, i.e. answer NO
Previous Immigration applications: PR card and/or Settled Status application.

My last application was: Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) in the United Kingdom, under Appendix EU to the Immigration Rules which i use for the base of this naturalisation process.

I put this details under last application. I assume this is correct.

That's correct - Settled Status comes under UK immigration rules.
