Dear Moderators,
I am filling in an application for Naturalisation however I am stuck on just one question. Very confusing question.
Did you meet the knowledge of English requirement as part of an indefinite leave application made on or after 28 October 2013?
I applied for ILR in 2018 and I was exempt from English language requirement as I was granted discretionary leave before.
What should be my answer to this question now?
Thanks
Ash

“No”. I think you now require
KoLL for naturalisation.
Naturalisation as a British citizen
All those applying for naturalisation must meet both parts of the KoLL requirement, unless they are exempt because of their age, physical, mental condition or they are exempt under the Windrush scheme (Windrush scheme casework guidance).

I have a Bachelors degree taught in English in the UK.
Will that be enough to prove my English language? I have also passed my Life in UK test.
Thanks

Correct and then the form will ask you how you meet the requirements now. Proceed accordingly.
