Citizenship application form questions

Hi all, I received my ILR last month (FLR route). I am putting together naturalisation application and I had a few questions, please does anyone know?
(1) There is a question on the form about whether I've ever had: "
A penalty for a driving offence, for example disqualification for speeding or no motor insurance". In 2021 I was caught speeding and was offered the opportunity to take a National Speed Awareness course as an alternative to speeding fine or points on my license. I took the speeding course and that was all I had to do - no fines or points. Should I declare it on the form by answering 'Yes' to the question above? When I do, it asks me to state my driving offense, giving 3 options:
- Disqualification for speeding
Should I choose
Other and enter info about my National Speed Awareness course?
Also, I've read of a 'good character' requirement that applicants must meet, would taking a National Speed Course be a problem, or grounds for refusal? I got it in mid-2021, so it hasn't been 3 years yet
(2) On the citizenship application it asks about non-applying dependants "
Do you have any dependants not applying with you at this time?". I have 2 children who are british citizens and born here, should I include them? Or is this question in reference to
non-citizen dependants?
(3) There is a question "
Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad" ? Should I include all the UK applications I ever did (ILR, FLR(M) [first and second], tier2 visa) ? Seems they'd already have a record of all these, no?
(4) when i get to the Documents section, one of the documentations it asks for is: "
Proof of living in the UK for 3 years if applying as the spouse of a British Citizen". Would it suffice to just scan all the pages of my passport showing that for the past 3 years, I've only had a couple trips outside of the UK, each of which was for less than a week?

You don’t need to disclose this, it’s not a fine or caution.

Answer is NO.

Dont assume anythin. List all your applications. If you don’t have all details you can say n:a.

As ILR holder your passport is sufficient.

Just a quick followup, the form asks for information about "Current Employer", where I enter my current employer name, employer address, occupation, etc. If I change employers after my application has been submitted, do I have to notify the Home Office? I am applying via spouse (FLR) route, do they do checks to see if you're still with same employer?

No, you won't have to tell UKVI if you change employer.

The naturalisation requirements and checks carried out won't be the same as for immigration applications, because it's separate under the British Nationality Act. The path you took to ILR is not relevant - what counts is you must have ILR. Therefore employment and finances are not a requirement. I know most people think it's just another application to do with the Home Office, well it is, but with a different hat on. But I don't blame applicants for not being aware of the subtleties. Life is complicated enough.

Referee Declaration Form question

Hi all, for the referee declaration form (available here:
https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... on_MN1.pdf), the first page asks to enter applicant name. Who should write this, me or my referee? My referee returned the form with only the second page filled out (his name, signature and date) but forgot to write out my name on the first page. Should I write my name myself or send the form back to my referee so he can write my name? Thanks!

What matters is that referee has signed it - write in the name yourself.
There's no official instruction that referee has to put the name in.
