(1) There is a question on the form about whether I've ever had: "A penalty for a driving offence, for example disqualification for speeding or no motor insurance". In 2021 I was caught speeding and was offered the opportunity to take a National Speed Awareness course as an alternative to speeding fine or points on my license. I took the speeding course and that was all I had to do - no fines or points. Should I declare it on the form by answering 'Yes' to the question above? When I do, it asks me to state my driving offense, giving 3 options:
- Disqualification for speeding
- No Insurance
- Other
Also, I've read of a 'good character' requirement that applicants must meet, would taking a National Speed Course be a problem, or grounds for refusal? I got it in mid-2021, so it hasn't been 3 years yet

(2) On the citizenship application it asks about non-applying dependants "Do you have any dependants not applying with you at this time?". I have 2 children who are british citizens and born here, should I include them? Or is this question in reference to non-citizen dependants?
(3) There is a question "Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad" ? Should I include all the UK applications I ever did (ILR, FLR(M) [first and second], tier2 visa) ? Seems they'd already have a record of all these, no?
(4) when i get to the Documents section, one of the documentations it asks for is: "Proof of living in the UK for 3 years if applying as the spouse of a British Citizen". Would it suffice to just scan all the pages of my passport showing that for the past 3 years, I've only had a couple trips outside of the UK, each of which was for less than a week?
Thanks all!
