Acknowledgement received for only part of family application

I posted an Adult naturalisation (form AN) and three Child Registration (3 x form MN1) for my children using Special Delivery. A separate payment slip was attached to each application.
I have only received acknowledgement for the Adult application, and only the fees for the adult application have been deducted. The acknowledgement letter says "No. of applications - 1". There is no mention of the MN1 applications.
I wonder if they never noticed the child applications that were enclosed even though all the child passports and birth certificates were included amongst the documentation?

Date of debit of fees: 28/03/2012 (only part)
