In SET LR form, a long comprehensive list given to submit along side with main Application form. It requires, council tax , utility bills and so on and so forth. I have hardly any thing available from that list. Kindly suggest as what you think is most important documents to hand in or what what may be compromised with out having a bed impact on my visa application ?

You do not need if you have all passport

But it is clearly says on the page where list is given. You must provide the listed documents.

It says :

All the passports you have held during this time.
If you cannot provide them all, you must
provide the passports you have together with any Home Office letter(s) or other document(s)
granting you leave to enter and/or remain in the UK. You should also provide documents of the
type listed below to show that you were continuously resident in the UK during any periods for
which you are unable to provide a passport

It means if you don't have the passports covering the full 10 year period, only then do you have to send additional documents per the list in the form.
