when can I apply for ILR SET(M)

Hey guys
can u pls help me
I ve enter the uk 19th of january 2012 and I been out of uk 5 weeks for holiday
I want to apply for ILR as soon as possible cos I need to go to turkey in begining of april but my visa expires at 12 april
I ve cheked everywhere some information says u can apply 28 days before your visa expire
but some information I got u can apply day after u ve enter the uk do I need to work out my holidays for this 2 years
PLS HELP ME I ENTER 19 JAN AND USED 5 WEEKS HOLIDAY IF U TELL ME CLOSEST DATE I CAN APPLY

you can apply now as you have been resident for 2 years
