Calculating 28 days before ILR application

Dear colleagues, can anyone please help me? I've already booked and paid for Premium ILR visa application for the 1st of April 2017 but now i have doubts whether i've calculated my stay correct.

My Post Study Work Permit expired in August 2012 but in April 2012 i already got my first Tier 2 Work Permit, which i've used until 2015 and then extended to my current one which expires in 2018.

I've looked into my old BRP and it says that the issue day is 2 of August 2012- 29 of April 2015 so does it mean i can apply for 5 year route ILR no earlier than end of July 2017 or since i got it in April i can go ahead with my booking?

How can you have got your first Tier 2 in April when the BRP says August? Did you APPLY in April by post and get approval in August?
