Travelling while ilr processing

Hi

I am eligible for ILR from March 4th 2019. I need to go to India for wedding by 9th March 2019 so I am planning to apply for premium visa before 9th so that I will get passport on same day and can travel to India.

Here is my question : can I travel outside UK while visa in progress? I am arranging to get ilr brp card through one of my friend.

You should apply for ILR when you return then. If you apply and then travel out of the UK before a decision is made, your application will likely be considered withdrawn.

There is also no longer a same day decision service through premium service.
