I am new to this page. I applied for ILR on 16 Oct 18. After 13 years 6 months. I was 17 when my dad brought us in uk. First application was in 2007 it was refused because my mum ILR was refused. Second application was in 28 October 2008 again refused based on privious decision, it was in 2010. At this time my mum become British citizen. I didn't get any applie right. However home office ask me report every 2 week. I did, until I got discretionary leave on 29 Jan 2015, valid till 2015 ( it was for 30 month). Than again I extaned till 30 October 2018.

I have submitted SET (O) application on 16 Oct 18
HO received 18-10-18
Payment taken 19-10-18
Email received 08-11-18
Bio & Em letter 20-11-18
Bio done 24-11-18
Email. 20-11-18, 08-12-18, 07-01-19 & 07-02-19

Why did you apply for ILR if you have only had a visa since January 2015??

Under what rules were you granted discretionary leave and what application did you complete??

What is your full UK immigration history including all visas held, start and expiry dates and dates and which applications submitted?
