Do my husband need to be present at my same day ILR appointment

Post by Just4mey » Sun Mar 03, 2019 4:20 am

Dear All,

Please I am applying for my ILR(set M) after qualifying for 5 years under spouse visa route.

I am looking at doing a same day(Face to Face)application, super priority.

I know the documents required include me providing my husband’s passport.
Do my husband need to physically attend the appointment with me or it is fine to just take his original passport along side other document.

Thank you!

It is not a 'face to face' appointment with HO or a same day decision. It is ONLY an appointment to submit your documents and biometrics and is not an interview with an HO caseworker.

Hi,

Did your husband need to come with you to the appointment?

Thanks
