Long Residence (ILR) application when appeal is pending

Dear Members,

I have an appeal pending in the First-tier tribunal and my 3c leave continues as well.

I finish my continuous 10 years in the UK before the hearing.

If I go in one day service for Set LR withdrawing my appeal on the same day, Would I be granted visa?


I am aware that the moment I withdraw the appeal my 3(C) leave comes to an end.

There is no longer a same day decision premium service centre route. It has been closed in November last year.

Is there no such thing as the fast service or do all have to wait for the standard 6 months?
