Country you lived in ?

Dear Sir / Madam

I have completed my 5 years in UK from April 2014 to April 2019.
I am applying for my ILR and I am stuck with this question 'Please enter the country you have lived in'.
Does it mean all the countries I visited on business trips / holidays before 2014 ?
I am from India and I have lived in India before coming to UK and all the trips i made outside India before 2014 were on business. Do i need to enter all those country details or just India ?

Please help.

The 'lived in' question means exactly that, where you have lived/resided not visited for business or tourist purposes.
