Consent form ILR application query

Dear Friends,
I got one issue with my ILR application,

I'm in Tier 2 (General) visa. Myself & my wife got Tier 2 visa issued on the same date (10th June 14), our current visa getting expired on 17th may 19. so my visa expire date is within the 28 days limit [(i.e) 14 May would be 28th day & 17th May will be 25th day].
I would like to go for 24 hours decision service.

My first question is can i apply ILR ?
Do i need to go for year extension ? to comfortably have 5 years qualifying period.

Your Opinion and advice please.

Can I submit an application before the 28 days period and book the appointment within the 28 days?

The date of application is the date you SUBMIT and PAY online and not the date of appointment. You should not apply until you are within the 28 days period that HO allows before reaching the qualifying period. Members have been refused for submitting online too early.

Hello Friends/ Advisors
I'm going to apply for ILR for myself and my wife in same application form.

Our Initial Visa (Tier 2 general) Issued on 10 June 2014 and we both entered UK within 180 days, so we are eligible to apply for ILR from 13th May 2019 (through 5-year route).

While filling application for my wife, I got confused with below question? please clarify.

"Does the period of stay on which this application was based includes any leave granted since 11 January 2018".? YES or NO.

My second visa extension was granted on May 2016, so do I need to click 'NO’? if I click NO, application is not asking any absence thereafter for my wife?
But we have been to our country (Out of UK) for holidays during December 2018- January 2019 for a month period.

Where to show these absences?

Do the statement means, those who got visa extension after 11 January 2018, only need to click ‘YES' isn't it?

Quite Confused, Kindly Clarify.

Thanks very much 'tier11417' for your fast response, But If i click NO , what about the absence details after January 2018, Application is not demanding these information, then how do they know that we haven't spent more than 180days outside UK.

If no leave is granted after 11 Jan 2018, then the absences are irrelevant. For only someone whose leave was granted after 11th Jan 2018, one would list the absences then.

I'm the Main Applicant(Set(o)) and my wife is Applicant 2 (Set(O) Partner)

In Consent section of application

"I will provide a declaration signed by me to confirm my consent for the home office to request verification check"

I've chosen : YES
My Understanding: As we both applying in a same application, we both are applicants , so we need to give consent by signing in separate sheet(PART 1)
Document provided: PART 1 consent form Signed by me (Applicant 1- Set(O)) & another PART 1 consent form signed by my wife ( Applicant 2 - SET(O) Partner)

"Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people"

I've chosen : YES
Because we have provided Council Tax, Utility bills & bank statements as a Joint account/ Jointly addressed.

"I will Provide a declaration signed by each of other joint customers on an account with a bank or utility company."

I chosen : YES
Document Provided : PART 2 consent form Signed by me (Applicant 1- Set(O)) & another PART 2 consent form signed by my wife ( Applicant 2 - SET(O) Partner),


"Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support"

I ve chosen : NO
Because no one providing any financial support to me, I'm employed & my wife is not working.

Could you guys please check my understanding and documents mentioned is correct or am i misunderstood anything?

You advise/ suggestions please.

Correct.

For you: You sign part 1 and your wife signs part 2 and upload with your docs.

For wife: wife signs part 1 and you sign part 2 and upload with her documents.

I need your suggestions/ advice quite urgent please.

I have applied SET(O) in (super priority service)today morning, but could not be able to an appointment before my current leave to remain expires which is 17th May , I though i will get same/ next day appointment by paying extra, but there are not availability until next week.

If i book an appointment after the expiry of my current leave to remain , will there be any impact on ILR decision?

But My application states appointment should be booked before 15th July.

I doing all possible options to get an appointment (like changing postcode etc....)

Your date of application is when you pay and submit your application i.e. today. You have made an in time application so you are fine. Date of biometrics is irrelevant. You get 45 working days to submit your biometrics. It can be before or after visa expiry does not matter.

Booked appointment on 20th May , within 2 hours i got email stating the " Your application for leave is granted". 23rd i got BRP card. It would not happened without your forum/ website and your guidance. For past 2 months i read mostly all questions & your responses

I would like to thank specifically "tier11417" & "CR001" for clarifying my doubts.
I thanks you all guys (advisors) for your patience in replying repetitive questions.
