ILR for dependent of a British Citizen

Good morning to you. I am confused about which form to use to apply ILR for my wife and two children. I am a British citizen. My wife and two children came to the UK as my ( British citizen) dependent over 5 years ago. My children were under 18 at the time of first dependent application. Now they are 22 and 19. They are here over five years and qualified for ILR along with my wife. I believe, I can use SET(M) for my wife. For my children, I am confused about the form need to use to apply ILR. Will I be able to add them along with my wife or need separate application, if so which application form should I use? Please help me.

Set m each for your children. They should not be leading an independent life. Both children need liuk and must meet the English requirement.

What date did your dependents originally enter the UK on their spouse/child visas?

Thanks for the reply. They came on feb 2014. renewed the visa after 3 years. At the moment they have visa until Feb 2020. However, they already completed 5 years in the UK as my dependent. They are not leading an independent life. We all are living together.
Will they need separate application or can I Add them into my wife SET(M) application?

What documentation I should keep along with the application?
Please guide me.

Secondly, since my children came before they were 18, do they require English eligibility?

All applicants over 18 need English B1 and LIUK.
