questions online application Tier 2 General with family

Hi,
I am applying on tier 2 General - ILR for me and my family. we came to UK on 30/7/2014.
i was filling my online application form, a few concerns. If someone can kindly help
1- how many proofs are required for cohabitation. e.g if me and wife have joint account for bank, council tax and utility bill, do I need 1 each over the period of last 2 years or do I need more evidence ?
2- do I need cohabitation proof for my kids - under 18?
3- while completing my application they did not ask for any absence from UK for my wife and kids? is it ok?
4- I am renting a house and moved to new one 1 month ago, do i need to submit any proof of previous accommodation?
5- what does this question mean? '' DOES THE PERIOD OF STAY ON WHICH THIS APPLICATION WAS BASED INCLUDE ANY LEAVE GRANTED SINCE 11 JAN 2018'' Our last Tier 2 renewal was in may 2017.
6- SCANNING
a- for all individual the passports is better to scan them as one document or for every applicant or every passport separately for every individual?
b- on generating the checklist they have not asked for our previous passports. they only asked for '' ALL PREVIOUS PASSPORTS, TRAVEL DOCUMENTS OR NATIONAL ID CARDS THAT YOU HAVE USED TO TRAVEL OR REMAIN IN UK'' and does that include my national id card from pakistan?

3 to 6 different items for every 4 months covering the last 2 years.

No if they are under 18 and under 16.

Fine. They have no absence limit and absence are not required to be declared.

No. You only need to submit evidence of cohabitation.

Not relevant to you as your last visas were issued BEFORE this date.

6a. One for each applicant to avoid confusion.
6b. National identity cards are irrelevant. You need to scan your passports, including the one all of you each entered the UK on.

Yes, for the main tier 2 migrant. You also need a letter from your employer about your absences and 'required for the foreseeable future' and details of your salary and SOC etc etc.
