ILR or Child registration or Naturalization for child under 18

Dear forum members

I received ILR Jan2019. my daughter born abroad in 2006 and she came in the UK july 2009. Her 10 years already been completed July-2019. Currently her visa till Aug 2021. Can I register her under 18 as British citizen or do i have to apply for her ILR first?

Can she apply for british naturalization after getting ILR or have to wait for 12 months? I will be getting my British passport Dec 2019

She can apply for citizenship once she has ILR and if either parent is British and the other parent has ILR.
