Ilr application from Tier 2

Hello Everyone,

I'm hoping if someone could help me with my query.

I have been with the same employer under Tier 2, and have qualified for 5 year ILR route. The question that I have (I'm getting conflicting responses on this) :
What is the weekly hour base that UKVI uses to calculate threshold salary? I know for Tier 2 they use 39hr/week

I earn £2791/month on a 35hr a week contract? Does this make me eligible (assuming UKVI is using 39/hr week as base to calculate £35800/annum)

My current visa expires on 20th December ,so would appreciate if someone can help with this.

I also will be come eligible for 10 year ILR from 5th Jan 2020.

What is your SOC and current annual salary?

You need to decide which ILR route you are going to apply, Tier 2 or long residence, as the advice will be completely different as the rules and requirements are different.
