ILR DECISION AND SOPRA STERIA PRIORITY SERVICE

I submitted my wife application on 20 dec Friday @ 11am in the morning. I got the reply of her application on Monday @ 13:46 ( which is out of 24 hrs ).I received the reply from HO @ 13:46 TODAY that application has been granted and you will get decision letter with in 10 working days.
as I read on this forum in super priority service if you don't get reply in 24 hours you will get the refund of super priority service charges. but he did not mention in the e mail. I just want to know will I get refund or not.
If I will get shall I wait for decision letter or drop an email to HO for refund

You won't get a refund.

Good grief, HO responded to you in good time within the set timeframes!!! It is usually 24 business hours (note HO don't work 24 hours per day).

Decision by the end of the next working day
If you’re eligible you can choose the ‘super priority service’ when you apply. It costs £800 in addition to the application fee.

A decision will be made:

by the end of the next working day after your UKVCAS appointment if your appointment is on a weekday
2 working days after your UKVCAS appointment if your appointment is at the weekend
Working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays.
