Tier2 Dependent child ilr

Post by Kkumarp » Wed Feb 05, 2020 11:42 pm

Hi all,

I came to uk in 2014 April at the same time I have applied visa for my wife and daughter. My wife joined me in uk November 2014 but my daughter joined later in Uk July 2015. When I went for extensions all we got visa till 2020 April and I have claimed ILR 2019 May.
Now I’m sure my wife can claim ilr.
my question is for my daughter (7 yrs old) dose she she can claim ilr as we both have ilr or as she born in india is below the case?
1) dose she need another visa extension ?
2) what type of extension she need like ilr dependent? Or old dependent extension?
3) is there any way I can apply for ilr without extension
4) dose she need to pay nhs?
I’m planning to get my passport in April dose it help her to get ilr straight fwd

Please help me what’s the best way to approach. Thanks.
KUMAR

You can all apply for ilr together.
