Correct yes.So I can apply 60 months from the date validity of the first BRP card -28days irrespective of what the expiry date is on my 2nd brp card ?
I have been in UK for more than 10 years
ILR costs the same for all routes, not cheaper price for set m. Long residence role has less document requirements. The form filling seemed to be frustrating and the application was expensive. since I had a lot of time left on the visa I thought to apply on the 5 year route instead.
You are not applying for a "visa". ILR is not a visa as such. One last question I would like to ask is I am worried about the visa being rejected due to some mistake or errors in the form while filing. Do you have any suggestions to keep in mind while filing the details. I do take extra care while filing the general details.
